cottage cheese pancakes
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup flour
6 T butter
whip together cottage cheese, flour, and eggs; add melted butter and mix together. we make extra-small pancakes. so add as much batter as you want to a buttered pan on medium heat. flip after about a minute.
raspberry maple syrup
1 cup maple syrup
add desired amount of fresh or frozen raspberries and/or raspberry jam
heat on low and then eat with the pancakes. enjoy a little taste of heeeavennn.
serves around 2-4 (we triple the recipe but i don't triple the butter. 18 T of butter just seems wrong).
