Such a lovely video that made me smile.
That captured the wonder and ease of childhood & family so well!! I loved that! How did you make it look like an old video? It's so charming that way.
Dear Bridget: You have the cutest family ever. You also make me want to watch E's tutorial again & get to learning all about this iMovie thing. Thanks for sharing!! :)
Your family is just the sweetest...love that video!
@chelsea, 8mm app on my iphone!@sarah, thanks so much! yes - go watch it. this was seriously easy!
great video! what was the song?
i love parks and playgrounds so much and can't wait to take my baby girl to one once she arrives and is a bit older so can actually do stuff.and i need to learn how to do this filming thing.
So creative! I love that you left in the sounds of you saying "yay" and the squeaking of the see-saw. And those are some pretty neat see-saws too. How do you upload your video and add the song?
@courtney, the song: 'morning song' by le loup!@alice, the video was uploaded to vimeo (i have an account there) but the song was added in imovie -- elizabeth has a great tutorial here! http://www.e-tells-tales.com/2012/02/tutorial-jazzy-home-movies.html
Aw so so fun!
Love the home video and choice of music. Those kiddos will look back one day and love that you took the photos/vidoes you did.
you made this?! I'm so impressed. I need to get me one of those fancy Macs.
I always LOVE your videos...I am sure your kids will to when they are all grown :)
That was one thing about new york--I was like, where are all the parks?? I think we're a bit spoiled in Boston. There are a lot of them, and they're mostly all clean and pleasant.
Beautiful footage! I feel like I was there. I love the colorization (if that's what you call it) of the video. The song was great too. I'm sure your family will be thankful you spend time on memories the way you do.
Also, I have to add, I think it's so important to capture the simple moments like you have here. So many times we film the recitals and graduations, and those moments are great too, but really, it's the day to day events that make up what your life was about.
so sweet! what a special memory to have!
Parker looking like a toddler. Not even okay. Love the song too. Can't believe I haven't heard of them before.
parks seem very unimpressed by the swing/slides. playin it cool. love that boy.
talk to me.(also! if you have a question, check back as i usually answer it here!)
