  2. That captured the wonder and ease of childhood & family so well!! I loved that! How did you make it look like an old video? It's so charming that way.

  7. So creative! I love that you left in the sounds of you saying "yay" and the squeaking of the see-saw. And those are some pretty neat see-saws too.
How do you upload your video and add the song?

@alice, the video was uploaded to vimeo (i have an account there) but the song was added in imovie -- elizabeth has a great tutorial here! http://www.e-tells-tales.com/2012/02/tutorial-jazzy-home-movies.html

  12. That was one thing about new york--I was like, where are all the parks?? I think we're a bit spoiled in Boston. There are a lot of them, and they're mostly all clean and pleasant.

  13. Beautiful footage! I feel like I was there. I love the colorization (if that's what you call it) of the video. The song was great too. I'm sure your family will be thankful you spend time on memories the way you do.

  14. Also, I have to add, I think it's so important to capture the simple moments like you have here. So many times we film the recitals and graduations, and those moments are great too, but really, it's the day to day events that make up what your life was about.
