well, well, well... look who got a little bit fancy for this week's bump picture. me! red lips and all! to be fair, this post is two-fold. of course, it's my weekly bump pic but it's also to show you the fabulous dress that shabby apple sent me. it's called the freshwater pearl and it is fabulous. you'll find it in their newish south pacific line and i really am loving it. and it fits the belly too (though i think it looks really nice on their non-pregnant model too so you can be sure i'll be wearing this one beyond birth). i love the billowy collar it has and the tie details at the neck. it's unique and it's me. i'm thinking i'll pair it with knee high brown boots or my tan suede wedges... depends on the weather, i suppose.
while i'm on the subject of shabby apple, have you guys seen their amalfi coast swimsuit line? i love it. they get femininity down just right. the pietra might be my fave. and the background makes me ache a little since i hold positano so near and dear to my heart. oh, their roamin' holiday line is pretty snazzy too. shabby apple, if you ever need another model, please contact me... going to italy to be photographed is a sacrifice i am willing to make. and i won't have this bump forever ya know...
though, i'm not expecting anything to come of that since we all know how my last modeling experience went...
anyway, thanks shabby apple. i loooove my dress.

ReplyDeleteWowza!! You better be going on a hot date tonight in that. What a cool dress! Your bump is looking especially adorable too, it's a good phase. I'm afraid to post any more belly pics after my recent trip to the grocery store, where THREE different people made reference to how I just must be due any day now, and a grown man mumbled under his breath as I waddled by "ughh, that just looks painful". haha. I just chuckled and added another Ben & Jerry's to my cart:)
