Lavender Honey by Lollia. It is heaven. And thick too. Love that.

Today I am missing my hometown, Haddonfield, NJ (nestled 15 minutes outside Philadelphia). It looks so pretty at Christmastime. Here's a tiny glimpse.
My parents moved away from the only home I'd ever lived in (at the time) after I graduated high school and, some nights when I can't sleep, I close my eyes and imagine myself walking through my old house, room by room by room. I'm not kidding. Does it sound like I need closure?
I also imagine what it will be like if I ever visit it, the house that is no longer under Carmody ownership.
"Can I get you a water?," the new homeowner asks, sweetly.
"I'll get it myself, thank you very much! Stay out of my kitchen!! Who do you think you are?!"

Let it be said since I'm not sure that they know it:
Mom and Dad, I forgive you for moving.
But I still miss that house (all the time).
It was a lovely place to grow up.
And some of my old sights...

Downtown, the firehouse, and my high school... oh, how I miss thee!

will that completely unspecific detail keep me out of trouble?

I have to say that I LOVED your old house and remember spending many a day there in the summer months hanging. It was usually after swim practice at Erlton! Good times.
